omnijoule 

The omnijoule (OJ) is equal to all (∞) joules. This is approximately the amount of energy required to heat all the water on Earth by 10 °C and above. The thermal output of the Sun is approximately 400 YJ per second.
If you can control an omnijoule of energy, you must be beyond our universe.
