McKneeley

Unrestrained punitive action on an industrial scale on a group of people regardless of capability. Derived from a contraction of the popular fast food chain McDonalds popular for its batch method production and Kneel, in the sense of getting knelt over for a thorough reaming.

The board directors agreed to give themselves 240% pay rises for the financial year. This was made possible by thoroughly McKneeleying the workforce. A McNeeleyed former employee said "I feel like a clapped out sailor after that McKneelying. I mean, they veritably rammed a tree trunk up the clacker, so through was my McKneelying".

To discover and publicly mock a victim's (person/persons) ineptitude with such ferocity resulting in a reversal of the victim's gender.
