Phoenixing

A phrase for the phase of life you enter after going through a really bad time. Your life feels like it's burned down, and slowly, after what feels like an inordinate amount of time, you resurrect in the best way possible — a way that can only be achieved by going through it in the first place.

"Four months after my breakup, I'm truly phoenixing."
"Eugh, after that bleak time, I'm like, feeling really good — I think I'm in my Phoenixing era."
