Dylan Theory

Dylan Theory states that a person has an extremely low spawn rate and zero enemies. When they does appear, they exists in a state where nothing bad targets them and conflict simply refuses to garner towards the person.

They move through life untouched, unstressed, and inexplicably blissful, like an NPC.
