Someone whose personality makes them repulsive to look at. A personality uggo can be physically attractive, but their personality must ruin any last bit of attractiveness in them.

Rina: Jay is such a personality uggo.

Sarah: But he’s so hot?

Rina: Yeah, but knowing that he likes to wear shirts with hate symbols just ruins everything for me.
