A "medical excuse" for people to curse out random people in public with no consequences.

Bob (Tourettes): "Bloody hell, your wanker is probably equivalent to a fish's left tail-fin."
Random: "What did you say to me?"
Bob (Tourettes): "I have tourettes so it's ok."
