Means "shit". Used when something of misfortune occurs. Usually said in a high pitched voice with emphasis on the "ee". Could also be said quickly in a gruntal voice with emphasis on the "it".

Mr. ATC: So did you do your presentation zood?

Jailbird 

A person with many alter egos and whom doesn't know shit. Never believe what Jailbird tells you because it's most likely wrong.

Could also be a name for someone that enjoys fucking animals. Hence, the JailBIRD nickname.
