An acronym meaning "I fucking hate my life". Used to express extreme frustration. Commonly used by students in the International Baccalaureate program to express frustration at not sleeping due to ungodly amounts of homework.

Nicole: "We have to colormark a book, outline the history of the western hemisphere, do a bio lab, study for an anatomy test....and I don't have enough money for my drugs."
