The result of peeing into the wind. (see spliking) A pampousse is the gross moment when the pee gets in your hair. Usually used in a figurative sense, as in the result of a stupid risk taken
Henry: Ewwwwwww, Bob, gross! You got piss in my hair!! You know if you go spliking on a rock someone's gonna get a pampousse!
