Ferberize

The process of turning a house with little or no personality into a unique and comfortable domicile.

When I moved in it was four walls and white carpet, so we had to ferberize. Then it was someplace you wanted to be.

Jubalee

Lame or stupid. This is a homonym for the common usage of the term "gay" albeit a less hurtful one. It arises from the fact that the X-Men character Jubalee was unbelievably gay.

"Did you see that pink day-glo fanny pack?"
"Sure did, totally jubalee."
"Word."
