One who not only does not believe in God, but does so with depraved indifference. One who acts without fear of consequences, specifically from God.
Little Johnny was once again caught pulling the wings off of a neighborhood angel. There was no doubt that he would one day grow up to be a dangerous sociopatheist if these tendencies were not quickly discouraged.
