The act of two grown heterosexual males often involved in their own bromance sharing a bed and spooning throughout the night. Not normally sexual, with the possible exception of drunken "experiments" in college.

Richard: Hey Mike, I'm tired. Let's go to bed and manspoon.

Mike: Sure thing, Snugglebunny.
