re-remember-er 

n. A person who doesn't listen to a story or a joke. Then later in the conversation will restate a story or joke, thinking that he/she is super smart and/or super funny, but ends up looking like a jerk.

John, "Remember that one time when we had that party?"

Mike, " You re-remember-er. We just talked about that five minutes ago.
