A person who has risen suddenly in societal or political power with seemingly no viable prior experience. A person who may have slept their way to a sudden rise in power. Undeserving or unqualified for the position they are now in. Can be male or female.

That comeup ho got the job because she slept with the Mayor, she isnt qualified.
