An abnormally small penis. Smaller than a micropenis and almost unrecognizable. News-medical defines it as a penis 5 standard deviations below the mean size for the age of the patient, or smaller than 1.2 in for an adult. Martin Leung is the only man confirmed to have or have had such a disorder.
