spooge muffin

any child under the age of 10 that misbehaves and comes from a trashy family. Usually the spawn of fat people who receive welfare checks multiple times a month.

Josh: Dude, did you see that fat lady in the 84 dodge minivan?

J.W.: Yeah, she had like 30 spooge muffins with her!
