n, adj, v,an individual who suffers from overwhelmingly annoying sense of self worth and boasting personality. Usually associated with hygiene issues. No sense of boundaries, males are usually sighted with button down shirts with possible popped collar and/or argyle sweater vest, and females usually are spotted with what should not be legally considered a shirt with its lack of materials used, iin its natural habitat.
