The most common type of "scene" is that of those defined as "emo". And what's crap is that everyone on here defines them as camera whores, wrist slitters, and overall mean, selfish, fashion centered hypocrites. Really, they go to local shows, have their choppy/platinum blonde/black/dyed hair and wear tight band shirts, tight jeans, and shoes with the tongues sticking out. <3 Amd, yes, they do use 'kthnxbye'. So, go choke and die.
