Burgy Turg

Noun: A person displaying a variety of uncommon behaviors. Someone who is confidently different in a way that may appear strange or goofy to an outsider but that brings much joy to those closely observing the individual. A person who is well loved but doesn't think through their actions in an often dramatic manner.
