A very very controversial hairstyle that is a mixture of a mullet and a rat tail. mostly worn by young fat hillbilly children or sometimes harley motorcyclists.

Just when I thought a mullet couldnt get any uglier, I saw a guy at goodwill with a rullet.

A weewong is a typical small penis man(mostly asain). Or just a small penis itsself.
