IAST

An abbreviation for "In all seriousness though", so basically just a lazy method of swinging the conversation back after going off on a tangent. Sort of common text speak.

1. That party last night was so fucking insane!
2. Yeah, lol. IAST I think it went a bit far when the ambulance showed up to stomach pump Sarah.
