hitting the griddy

"The Griddy" is a dance move in which athletes celebrate making a goal by. This dance move originated and created by Allen 'Griddy' Davis. Often people say "Hit the Griddy!" which just means 'do the griddy.'

"Wow! Kevin is 'hitting the griddy!' He must be so cool."
