a combination of the words "dillhole" and "dumbfuck," denoting an undesirable or unintelligent person

a different form of the insult "peckerhead" which is similar to the word "dickhead." To call someone a peckerbrain would be to say that they are not very intelligent and its use sometimes denotes anger.
