C.T.W.

C.T.W. is an acronym for the term "Certified Time Waster." Commonly used in many businesses to discretely identify a customer or any person that is at an establishment or place of business with only the intention to waste your time by talking out of their ass and usually have no idea what they are even talking about. Commonly used at places such as car dealerships, electronics stores, even restaurants and hotels. In addition, the term "King CTW" may be used to describe someone that is the king of this ill-minded profession, a repeat customer that is there, yet again to do nothing but waste your time without the intent or means to buy anything at all.

"That guy is a C.T.W., don't even bother going over there."

"Heads up! C.T.W. on the lot!"

"Man this guy is the King CTW, he just wasted an hour of my time for absolutely nothing, telling me about some lady named Carol that fed her husband to some tigers."
