Pee Stew

When some jerk that uses the bathroom before you does not flush, thus leaving you with the options of cleaning up after him or just adding to the mess.
Once you have pissed on someone elses piss you have successfully created pee stew.

tom: Dude, the A-hole in front of me didn't flush.
Mark: Fuck it man, load up that porcelain can with some pee stew.
