Meaning mam, mother or granny. To describe one who is acting old and female or bottling (see definition for bottler) it in some form or another. Someone who is being an aul wan will usually have MEH (see meh 28) said to them on many occasions in their life.
Dave: Hi Demo, I was thinking of going to a play. Would you like to come with?
Demo: What?
Dave: A play, it’s on Saturday night
