Acronym for "Preserve The Poon". Usually used to describe a situation where you must do everything possible to get sexual action from a woman. Often used in place of "sorry guys, maybe next weekend" when one places his woman before "the guys".

"Hey Bill, would you like to go out to the bars with us tonight?"

"No, I'm taking the lady out to dinner tonight. PTP!"
