a dramatized, lasting, brutal fear of fake operating systems, such as the ones displayed by phones, computers and most other electronic devices on television.

when someone repeatedly lies about something or denies something that is most definitely true (based on an addiction to arc raiders that i didn’t quit for months)

fandomfucked

a recurring period of time (typically lasting from 5 minutes to a day) when you’re unable to stop thinking about a fandom you’re currently in or something you’re currently obsessed with (usually a show or video game) and you start making connections to it in real life (e.g. you notice a bike in a parking lot and immediately think of how the kids in stranger things ride bikes), can be positive or negative (also called fanfucking or fanminding/fanminded)

faux reverie

(noun or adjective) deja vu or nostalgia for a distant and vague memory in your head that supposedly never happened, a fake or altered memory (usually very random/specific or something that barely makes sense)
every so often, i have flashbacks to driving in the car with my parents on a mountainside cliff next to a bay or ocean while listening to “my head & my heart” by ava max. it almost doesn’t seem real. i’ve asked my parents and they say they don’t remember it. i think it may be a faux reverie.

(verb) to be unable to read music notes or memorize them by heart, typically in band or on a key-based percussion instrument (e.g. marimba, xylophone, vibraphone, etc.), sometimes including beat counts as well (e.g. quarter note, whole note, eighth note, etc.)
