Rho Hoe

Any girl attending any college having an Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity that has slept with and or sucked off three or more guys living in and/or are a member of AGR. These girls are usually annoying, clingy, and have a predisposition to being slutty although this is not true for the whole. They also may or may not love dancing on the slut box. They may also answer to numbers rather than to their actual names.
