The ultimate nitpicker. Usually female, but not exclusively. Anal-retentive beyond reason. Someone who will make threats over a comma. Usually lacking rhyme, reason or justification for any of her decisions.

"Did you see the latest edits that the boss requested? She's such a Paula!"
