Bibisitting

1. The act of a senior U.S. or allied official closely monitoring or engaging with controversial politicians, including war criminals, to ensure compliance with, or prevent obstruction of, a diplomatic agreement or policy initiative.

2. By extension, any instance of high-level political supervision intended to restrain or guide rogue states' actions in alignment with external and/or humanitarian interests.
