From "Preznit giv me turkee", a satirical comment on the sycophancy of the White House Press Corps posted at Atrios' political blog in November 2003. Generalized to mean, A) favors and access granted by politicians to members of the press who don't make trouble, or B) appreciation shown by any person to a member of the press for covering an issue from the user's political point of view.
