a limo, normally white and outside a night club. so called because it is used to 'cart' a loads of 'tarts'.

muffin top

when a woman is wearing a short top and tight jeans, a roll of fat can be seen that looks like the top of a muffin.
only very fit women, without any fat, can wear these tops without looking ugly.

'i was in town yeaterday and i saw a bunch of tarts wearing muffin tops. it was fucking gross.'
