Defined as a combination of crazy & basic, but also has its origin from the 2016 us elections combo of Ted Cruz & John Kasich metioned on Fox at Shepard smith Reporting on apr 25/2016 & later parodied by Trevor Noah at the daily show on the apr 27/2016.

That bitch is crazy & basic , She's Crasic. I mean she literally flipped over a table in a Starbucks!, Crasic.

in older days, ladies used washable cloths (rectangular pieces) in the gusset of their underwear during menstruation or to prevent unforeseen pee discharge, the term was made synonymous to a menstruating lady having moods & quirks .
