1.Woman who claims to be freaky or promiscuous, but in reality is quite tame and monogamous.

2.A tease or an overly flirtatious girl.

Friend 1:"Look at Janie all in his face, that girl is so slutty!"

Friend 2:"Oh, don't worry girl. That girl is just teasing-she's a halfway ho."

Bobcat 

Variation on cougar: a not-so-attractive version of an older woman who dates younger men.

As I sat in the restaurant, I noticed the lone bobcat at the bar stalking her prey; her cougar friends had already found some college guys to talk to.
