the type of behaviour someone who has not got a clue about anything but thinks they know everything shows usualy when intoxicated under the influence of certain substances or trying to impress a lady.
thus making a compleate tit of themselves in the process.

trying to make best friends with a doorman you have never met before trying to impress friends and girls.
