A “rework” is defined as any time an initial repair results in the same failure being experienced by the customer within 30 days of pickup.
This includes:
1. Any time a diagnostic fails to identify any failure (a “No Trouble Found” or NTF), but the customer continues to experience a failure
2. Any instance where an initial repair creates additional issues that were not clearly explained to the customer at time of repair approval the first time.
