A word of Jamaican/ rastafarian descent used to describe an individual who goes against the grain of society and/or politics. Is often used to describe gangstas as well.

A deliberately ill-defined term functioning as a catch-all grievance basket that individuals who lean to the political right use to vaguely describe the perceived ills of society. Often used as a slur to disparage their ideological opponents, and frames being intolerant of things like intolerance, as equivalent to objectively offensive intolerant behaviour.
Person 1: Late stage capitalism has exacerbated economic inequality to historic levels.
Person 2: Whatever you say “woke mob leftist”.
