A person who enjoys involving himself in ridiculous acts such as: dressing in bright luminously colored clothing such as wife beaters, flat-caps, sunglasses, shoe laces and any other items that are lumo; going to under 18 clubs; drinking sweet alcoholic drinks if one is not female; and having a constant urge to party.
