something of a very low importance or relevance that someone gets annoyed at. usually used when referring to someone rage quitting.

victim: "bro really left over schmiggle."
admin: "i'm banning him for 24 hours."
victim: "yeah, what a bitch"

someone who is only funny when the joke is handed to them on a silver platter

Tyler: Yo that guy is so funny!
David: No he's not, he needs everything perfectly set up, he's a tee-ball comedian.
