Someone who likes to get smashed in their un-decorated or unfurnished garage when they have a totally acceptable nice backyard or deck where they could drink.

Guy 1: Hey wanna come over for a few beers? Were gonna sit by the pool with a fire going and listen to some music.
Guy 2: Nah, I'll pass man
Guy 3: What, do you have plans to sit in a lawn chair inside your smokey garage and get ripped again? You garage drinkers make nonsense...
