The dangling objects in the middle of a woman's body, usually very large and stiff, due to the amount of hormones and steroids used to keep them hangin' high.

Guy 1: "Holy crap man! Look at that woman!"

Guy 2: "Yeah bro, check out the pammies on that chick!"
