Ghetto slang for a dirty, stinky ass. More specifically when you have diarrhea and toilet water splashes up onto your butt cheeks or you take a dump and don't wipe. Basically just slang for your bum or ass in general.

"I just took a huge dump and there's no tp to wipe my nekrasova."
