Ber, another way of saying that someone is sexy/ attractive/ beautiful/absolutely gorgeous/ a sort, is a compliment and is a way of saying that someone is attractive without the average person knowing what it means so people who are nervous could possibly tease there crust by saying, “Ey ur a ber”

Used to describe someone with special needs and disabilities, less offensive way to describe handicapped people and blue badge users.
