God, there are already so many great definitions out there, but I don't think any of them describe him right... Then again, we're all talking about different people, right? Anyways, I believe that Harley is someone who lives for the fun. He can be an ass sometimes, but he almost never means any harm by it. He gets in trouble a lot, but he really has the best intentions. Harley tends to have a hard time turning down a good time, though, and it often gets him in trouble. He has a thing for annoying girls, only to flirt afterwards. He's very touchy-feely, but doesn't let it show. He might act all big and bad, but really, he's kind of a little bitch-

He has a scent like no other and eyes that are even more illuminating then the night sky itself. He also has a really cocky personality, and honestly, he's kind of a player. The word "Nigga" is the same thing as using the racial slur, "Niger." "Nigga" is often used around homies, though. Many people find it racist for any race other than African Americans to use this word. African Americans often greet their friends with this word used in several different phrases that you will find in the examples.
