Halcyon

Halcyon is the second studio album by English singer and songwriter Ellie Goulding. Released on October 5th 2012, through Polydor Records.

It includes her hit singles, Anything Could Happen, Figure 8 and Explosions. All reaching number 5, 33, and 13 on the UK Singles Charts respectively. Other popular songs on Halcyon include My Blood, Hanging On and Don’t Say a Word (which was made famous for being a sample on Drake’s song, Pound Cake).

The album debuted at Number 1 on the UK Albums Charts, and went to number 1 in January 2014. The Halcyon Days Tour was a concert by Goulding in support of Halcyon. The album has been reissued twice. First, as Halcyon Days in 2013, and as Halcyon Nights in 2022 to commemorate 10 years of Halcyon.

Lights

Lights is the debut studio album by English singer and songwriter Ellie Goulding. Released through Polydor Records on 26 February 2010. The album reached number one on the UK Singles Charts.

The album includes 4 singles. Under the Sheets, Starry Eyed, Guns and Horses and The Writer, reaching number 53, 4, 26 and 19 respectively.

The album debuted at number 1 on the UK Albums Charts. The album was also re-released as Bright Lights which included 2 hit singles, Your Song and Lights reaching number 2 and number 49 respectively.
