what happens when you are so angry, or vexed, that it causes instantaneous constipation.

Usually accompanied by a pained facial expression and inexplicable stomach cramps.

Marc: hey, you alright man? you don't look so good

Josh: yeah, but getting pulled over like that just got me all .. vextipated.
