A corruption of the word Molotov Cocktail
Noun - A cock block that is unpleasantly rude and unnecessary, often causing the female (or male, that's ok too...) party to be utterly disgusted and relocate away from the cock-blockee. Basically the highest degree of cock blocking in the book.
Verb - (-ed)(-ing) - The act of performing a MAJOR cock block on a friend/acquaintance.

Joe: "I was talking to Sally at the party, when all of a sudden, Steve threw a MoloCock BlockTail at me, and told her I still wet the bed."
John: "Well, do you?"
Joe: "Yeah, but that's basically the highest degree of cock blocking in the book."

Reverse Friendzone

When a guy doesn't want to complicate the relationship with sex, and places the female (or male, that's cool too...) in the forlorn friendzone. Basically this shit almost never happens
