Adjective;
Subjectively bad at a popular video game, such as Fortnite or Rocket League. Often used as a non-derogatory insult by kids aged 7-13 in anger.

Justin: “Oh my god, that dude is so dogwater!”
Derek: “Shut up Justin, you’re more dogwater at Fortnite than anyone else at school.”
