Permanently brain damaged from methamphetamine used. Also known as fried.

Fucker is permatweaked, jackjawing, looking out of the corner of his eyes, quick screwed up thinking, and not able to reason.

Moving your jaw from side to side as if you are grinding your teeth, but is a nervous twitch.

He was so high that he couldn't stop jackjawing.
